We had a lovely stay while visiting Sun Devil Stadium. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and it was so convenient having our pet with us. The hotel's amenities, like the maintained pool, were perfect for our family downtime after the big event.

My kids wished there was a play area for them to burn off energy.

The breakfast buffet was yummm and so many options. The staff was super friendly and even remembered my pup's name from my last visit. Overall, the place has a chill vibe and a great lounge area to relax.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The beautiful grounds and a diverse breakfast buffet enhance the experience. However, the hotel shows signs of wear. the hallways are dimly lit and noisy, making relaxation difficult. Poor soundproofing also contributes to an uncomfortable stay. There's no acknowledgment of loyalty status at check-in, which was disappointing.

our stay at destination by hyatt was fantastic! the pool was so peaceful during the afternoons, and we loved lounging in the cabañas for some shade. having breakfast on the terrace with a view from our fourth-floor room was a highlight. the staff were super friendly, especially housekeeping, who greeted us with a smile every time.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to local restaurants and Tempe Beach Park. Our King Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, with pool towels provided. The breakfast had a great variety with an omelette station and fresh pastries. Staff was super attentive and friendly.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the serene pool area and chilling in the cozy cabañas. Between the jacuzzi and the sun terrace, we had plenty of options to unwind. Just a heads up, getting breakfast vouchers from the reception was a bit annoying, but overall, it was a great experience! 🌞

Exceptional customer service and peaceful pool area

We had a fantastic stay with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, especially Summer at the front desk. The pool area was wonderfully peaceful, and we enjoyed lounging in the cabanas. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of fresh options, enhancing our overall experience. However, I wish the bar/lounge hours were extended on the weekends for more leisure time.

My stay at Destination By Hyatt was excellent. The location is ideal for business travelers, being just 15 minutes from the airport and close to ASU. The staff was exceptionally attentive, assisting efficiently with my meeting arrangements and presentation equipment. The room was well-equipped and maintained, providing a comfortable workspace. The courtyard area offered a pleasant space for informal meetings and relaxation.

No early coffee service until 7am.
